The Sales Engineer supports the Account manager in achieving the sales targets and all necessary activities. You will propose system solutions based on the supplied requests from customers. These system solutions will be created in close consultation with the available expertise within CSi packaging. The system solutions will include preparing the quotations and determining the cost price
The Sales Engineer is concerned with:
- Develop the system solution based on the customer specifications
- Customer contact about the specifications and present system solutions
- Evaluating and elaborating the customer specifications
- Organize practical tests if necessary
- Contact with the technical specialists about the feasibility of the chosen solution in all its aspects
- Together with the layout department creating a suitable layout for the customer
- Making cost calculations and system capacity calculations in close consultation with the technical specialists and the project managers
- Preparing and elaborating the solution to the customer
