The average workday for a Service Accountmanager Automation:
The Service Accountmanager Automation is the contact person for customers after completion of the new packaging project. You draw up offers as a result of acquisition by and/or requests from customers for service products for existing packaging systems. You are responsible for the technical, timely and financial execution of these service activities from request to realization, whereby you yourself are also operationally involved in the execution.
- You research the needs of packaging customers and convert them into functional specifications and, for internal use, into technical specifications;
- For the purpose of speed and to avoid transfer points, you combine initiating requests and making modification quotations and executing modification orders, handling multiple quotations and projects simultaneously;
- Plan, coordinate and implement modification projects;
- Resolving and settling any warranty claims;
- Keeping the customer information system up to date.
